Mr. Arul Selvan S is an accomplished program manager and seasoned trainer with over a decade of experience in NGO management and educational training. With a B.A. in English Literature and a focus on Psychology, Sociology, and English, he has led impactful projects contributing to social welfare. Notable highlights include his leadership and classroom management training for school leaders and teachers, along with his expertise in guiding students through career decisions and English language proficiency tests such as IELTS, TOEFL, PTE, and OET. Committed to empowering individuals and communities, Mr. Arul Selvan S continues to make a meaningful difference through his training and development initiatives.

Mr. Arul Selvan S, a seasoned program manager and dedicated trainer at Immaculate Training conducted a dynamic and insightful soft skills workshop. The workshop aimed to equip participants with essential soft skills crucial for personal and professional success.
The workshop commenced with an engaging discussion on the significance of soft skills, emphasizing their role in enhancing interpersonal relationships, communication, and overall effectiveness in various spheres of life. Mr. Arul Selvan elucidated the concept of soft skills and their relevance in today’s competitive world.
The session progressed with an emphasis on positive and negative traits, followed by an interactive activity to engage the participants to identify which positive trait they would focus to grow into and the negative trait they would leave behind.
Along with teaching flexibility, it also included a step-by-step explanation of problem solving and how to use it in various facets of life. An instruction on proper grooming and manners ensued. Mr. Arul Selvan offered
enlightening opinions on grooming and the minute elements of business wear. Along with covering other etiquette guidelines, the workshop included a thoughtful examination of telephone etiquette guidelines.
Mr. Arul Selvan concluded by discussing leadership abilities and what they entail. The participants acquired useful knowledge and doable strategies to advance their career and personal growth.
