Easwari Engineering College, a unit of SRM Group of Institutions, was established in the year 1996. The Department of Robotics and Automation was started in 2020 with the aim of imparting interdisciplinary engineering education to develop a diverse skill set and gain expertise in multiple disciplines. Robotics and Automation is a field of engineering that combines knowledge from Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, and Control Engineering.
B.E. Robotics and Automation is 4 years Under Graduate course. The degree program focuses on the design, development, and implementation of robotic systems and automated technologies. The program is interdisciplinary and combines the major disciplines of Mechanical, Electronics, Instrumentation and computer science Engineering. The students are equipped with the knowledge and skills required to work in the field of robotics and automation with the latest know how on Artificial Intelligence and machine learning.

The environment created by the staff, students and administrators at Easwari has helped in preparing me for the real world. In addition to subject knowledge, I honed my life skills, soft skills and people skills which helped me get placed in TCS. The academic inputs imbibed here helped me during my MS course at US. I owe a lot to Easwari Engineering College.
Easwari days are unforgettable! The freedom to pursue my interests and passion was the greatest I had in college, laid a firm base for further learning. A stroke of luck brought me here. In fact, every day was a day of learning at Easwari. The opportunities for participation made me very confident and go-getter. A lot many thanks to EEC for crafting my life so well.
Easwari is the place where I gained knowledge and confidence, best needed for the survival in outer world. I thank EEC and the faculty for all efforts put in by them. This, along with my perseverance and right movers have paid off finally. All my batch mates are doing well in their respective jobs which reflect the quality of the students the institute has produced.

Having finished my B.Tech IT from Easwari, I wanted to explore entrepreneurship as an option. In 2006 during the IT boom it was clear - to offer services which the tech companies would look for, after 15 Years with more than 115 clients across the globe, I'm happy to have taken this decision. I thank my faculty for what I am now.
