Profile of the Speaker:

Mr.Sushil currently the CEO at Vedita Ventures and having a more than a decade experience in the field of HR. He successfully implemented HR strategies in the companies he worked and thanks to the technological exposure at Infosys. He is also expertise in Crisis management, Talent management and Time Management. He engages in all aspects of HR like training, recruitment, payroll, content writing and process implementation. An entrepreneur with excellent corporate leadership skills who values his employee’s contribution to the achievement of company’s objectives. He completed MBA at LIBA and bachelor of computer applications from RKM Vivekananda college.

His wife Mrs.Vedika Khanchandani is the Co-Founder of Vedita Ventures also joining on the event to judge the business plan.

Summary of the Event:

The Centre for Entrepreneurship Development conducted “Entrepreneurship Conclave” for UG and PG students at MBA seminar hall.

The program started with invocation followed by Welcome Address delivered by Dr.Saikumari.V, Prof & Head -MBA and EEC-CED co-ordinator.

The achievements & activities of the Entrepreneurship Cell were released as ED souvenir by the guest. The Department wise entrepreneurship ambassadors were identified and given badges during the program.

The guest invited for the session were Mr.Sushil Khanchandani, CEO- Vedita Ventures and Mrs.Vedika , Co-founder Vedita ventures.

Both the guest shared their entrepreneurship journey to the students. The guest motivated the students to utilise the opportunities provided by the institutions and choose the entrepreneurship as career.

The business plan competition was also conducted as a part of the conclave.
