Department of Information Technology organized a guest lecture on “ Soft Skill Coliseum – Enhancing soft skills and public speaking skills ” on 31.07.2024 (Wednesday) at 10:30 am at Hi Tech Hall –II for third year and final year IT students. The guest speaker is Mr. Joshua Santhosh A , Senior Specialist – Talent Acquisition, LTIMindtree Chennai. He is a Senior Specialist in Talent Acquisition, who has over 13 years of expertise in global IT recruitment. The event was Coordinated by Mrs.B.Chandra, AP/IT, and the event convener, Dr.N.Ananthi, HOD/IT welcomed the gathering and handed over the session to the speaker. He explained about the multiple aspects of soft skills such as Communication Skills, Body Language, Art of Decision Making (Stress Interviews), Self-Motivation, Leadership, Creativity and Problem-Solving, Time Management and the Ability to work under pressure.
