The Department of Electronics and Communication Engineering organized a Guest Lecture on September 23, 2024, on Navigating the Professional World for the Second Year Students
Resource Person: Mr. Kishore Ravikumar, Software Engineer at Ford Motor Company and the Alumnus of ECE Department.
Glimpse of his lecture :Provided in-depth insights into AI algorithms and discussed key parameters to measure the efficiency of AI systems. He emphasized the importance of learning the fundamentals of AI algorithms, particularly focusing on linear models, and highlighted the growing opportunities for AI across various domains. Additionally, he encouraged students to explore areas related to the Carrier Development and prepare for careers in AI and Machine Learning.
The session wrapped up with an interactive Q&A, where students explored the challenges faced in AI and received valuable advice on pursuing higher education opportunities in the United States.
