interview process focused on key areas essential for career readiness, including self-introduction skills (The Prologue), core technical concepts, programming abilities, and management and communication skills. A total of 30 final-year IT students actively participated, showcasing enthusiasm and a willingness to learn. They engaged in in-depth discussions about the strengths and areas for improvement related to the evaluated interview skills.
