Summary of the Event:
The Institution of Electronics and Telecommunication Engineers Student Forum (ISF), in association with the Department of Electronics and Communication Engineering of Easwari Engineering College, successfully organized the Inception Ceremony of the IETE Student Forum (Tenure 2026–2027) on 31st July 2026, Friday, at 10:00 AM on the college campus.
The event marked the formal commencement of the Student Forum’s activities for the academic year, bringing together students, faculty, and industry experts in a spirit of innovation and collaboration. The inauguration served as a platform to encourage young engineering minds to actively participate in professional forums, broaden their technical horizons, and engage in meaningful discussions on the latest advancements in Electronics and Communication Engineering.
We were honoured to have Mr. Sunil Kumar Injeti, Senior General Manager, Syrma SGS Technology Ltd., as the Special Guest. In his keynote address, he drew from his extensive industrial experience to inspire the students, sharing valuable insights into global supply chain management, strategic sourcing, and electronics manufacturing. He emphasized the importance of bridging academic learning with industrial practices, highlighting how strong technical fundamentals, coupled with adaptability and innovation, can shape successful careers in the electronics industry. His words motivated the students to cultivate problem-solving abilities, stay updated with emerging technologies, and develop a passion for continuous learning.
The ceremony also featured the formal induction of the new ISF Office Bearers for the 2026–2027 tenure, who pledged to uphold the values of the forum and contribute actively to its growth. The presence of distinguished guests, faculty members, and enthusiastic students added grandeur to the occasion, making it both memorable and impactful. With a renewed sense of vision and purpose, the IETE Student Forum of Easwari Engineering College is poised to organize a series of academic, technical, and research-driven activities in the year ahead, fostering innovation, collaboration, and professional excellence among budding engineers.
