Learning Of The Human Brain From A Neuroscience And Biomechanics Perspective

DEPARTMENT OF BIOMEDICAL ENGINEERING
GUEST LECTURE ON LEARNING OF THE HUMAN BRAIN FROM A NEUROSCIENCE
AND BIOMECHANICS PERSPECTIVE

ConvenorDr. G. Babu, HoD/BME
Staff Coordinator:Dr. R. Banuvathy, Asst. Professor/BME

The Department of Biomedical Engineering, Easwari Engineering College organized a guest lecture on the topic titled ‘Learning of the human brain from a Neuroscience and Biomechanics perspective on 28th of March 2023, between 10.00 am and 11.00 am at the Hi-tech hall II. Dr. R. Banuvathy was the staff coordinator of the event which took place in an interactive manner. Dr. R. Ms. K V Amilthini of 3rd year BME started by hosting the event cheerfully with the welcome address and chief guest’s introduction.

Dr. R. Dhanush described the concepts based on how human behavior learning, thinking, and memory were influenced. The session turned out to be very interactive and resourceful for the participants. The third-year students who attended the guest lecture gained knowledge on how to do research in the field of Neuroscience and Biomechanics and how to proceed on commercializing the research products. The event was concluded by Ms. Amshumathi R S of 3rd year BME by rendering the vote of thanks. We extend our heartfelt thanks to the respected Principal sir, HOD sir, and Staff Coordinators of the Department of Biomedical Engineering, for supporting and providing the opportunity to organize this event which is helpful for the students to know new concepts about Neuroscience and Biomechanics.
