The Department of Management Studies, Easwari Engineering College, in association with NHRD Chennai Chapter, hosted HR Conclave ’25 on 15th February 2025 at TRP Auditorium. Focused on “Gen Z: AI and Future Workplace,” the event explored AI’s impact on HR and workforce dynamics.
Inauguration & NHRD Student Chapter Launch
The conclave was inaugurated by Mr. Kabilan J, President, NHRDN Chennai Chapter, via video, alongside Ms. Punita Antony, AVP, Strive & Vice President, NHRD, who officially launched the NHRD Student Chapter at Easwari Engineering College.
