The Indian Plumbing Associationstudents’ chapter, Civil department and Mechanical department of Easwari engineering college organized hands-on training on “SKILL DEVELOPMENT PROGRAM FOR PLUMBERS “on 13.02.2021 at 10.30AM in MBA Hall -1. This session was conducted by Indian Plumbing Association in association with skill development centre and parryware roka private limited, finolex pipes and wilo pumps. The programme commenced at 10.30 pm with the sign of patriotism singing “Tamil Thai vaazhthu”. The day’s dignitaries are the principal Dr.R.S. Kumar, Head of department (civil)Dr. Lavanya Prabha, Head of the department (Mechanical),Deputy director of Regional Directorate of skill development and entrepreneurship Mr.T.V. Rajasekar,Mr. Joseph Mathew Chairman IPA were welcomed
The Hands-on training was attended by plumbers from the inside campus and outside plumbers around the Chennai. The chief guests from the parry ware local pvt ltd., were welcomed by the Head of Department, Dr. Lavanya Prabha. The energetic presidential speechwriter to evoke the session was give by the principal Dr.R.S.Kumar. Prof.Dr.S.Virapan sir declared the inaugural of this wonderful session and briefly explained the agenda to the fellow plumbers from different parts of Tamilnadu. Followed by the tea break, the parryware officials started their training programme more efficiently with enough practical interaction they made a good useful as well as very knowledgeable session for the fellows present. They also discussed various real time problems and diagnosed a vital solution which was quite helpful. The industrial exposure was lit up by them as well. After the lunch , every plumbers were taken to our very own Engineering Innovative Skill Center to show the various facilities which would be very much helpful in their future. The session continued after lunch as well where it became more intensive as questions and answers event was conducted.. They too came up with various ideas and skillset. Finally, the awards were given to the members by Dr. Lavanyaprabhaand Prof Dr.S. Veerapan sir concluded the session with a vote of thanks.
