The Department of Mathematics, Easwari Engineering College, organized a Guest Lecture on “Turning Ideas into Impact: Evolving from Startup to MSME” on August 26, 2025, at the MBA Seminar Hall, EEC, Ramapuram. The distinguished resource person was Mr. M. Joseph Jaba Kumar, Head – Innovation & Business Analyst, Nitin Wire Group.
The programme attracted an enthusiastic audience of students and faculty members, with more than 120 participants actively engaging in the session. The lecture highlighted the importance of transforming innovative ideas into impactful ventures, focusing on the journey from startups to MSMEs. Mr. Joseph Jaba Kumar shared practical insights from his professional experience, motivating students to pursue entrepreneurial opportunities with confidence and vision.
The session also emphasized how innovation, strategic planning, and resilience can enable young minds to bridge the gap between academic learning and real-world applications. The interactive discussions encouraged participants to think critically about entrepreneurship and industry relevance.
