The student society of Department of Biomedical Engineering organized an school outreach program on “Exposure on Biomedical Engineering“ for XII students of Jawahar Higher Secondary School, Ashok Nagar Chennai on 14.02.2024.
Dr.S.Sathish, AP/BME and Mrs.K.Shruthi AP/BME were the coordinators for the event.
Dr.G.Babu, HOD/BME was the convernor. Mrs.K.Shruthi gave an brief introduction about Biomedical Engineering and the scope .Dr.S.Sathish explained about placement and further development in this field .The outreach proved to be an insightful and informative session by enriching the students and making them understand of the potential in the field of Biomedical Engineering.
