The Internal Quality Assessment Cell (IQAC) was established in 2015, as a post-accreditation quality sustenance measure as prescribed by the National Assessment and Accreditation Council (NAAC). The establishment of the IQAC was a measure towards quality improvement in Easwari Engineering College. The goal of IQAC is to enhancing and ensuring the quality of academic and administrative performance of the institution by developing a system of conscious, consistent and continuous quality improvement.
As a step towards excellence, IQAC of the institution organises orientation programmes for faculty members. The IQAC meets periodically to assess and monitor quality issues and initiate measures for quality sustenance. Towards this, the IQAC conducted several National and State level seminars and workshops for faculty development and research promotion. The IQAC successfully conducts academic and administrative audit Committee visits and also in publishing the Annual Quality Assurance Report (AQAR) every year. Through all these measures IQAC happens to be one of the important components of the college which ensures quality and continuous improvement in all the units of the college.
